A word about the works you are about to view

My paintings are abstract; at times they contain elements of nature. When I begin to paint, I revel in the challenge and mystery of facing the void of the blank canvas. What begins to emerge determines the intense days and weeks that follow. I work until I feel satisfied with the images that have developed. I am continually surprised by my own work and find this process enormously life-giving.

Thank you for your interest in my work.
